Instructions for use:

Cold therapy:

1. Place the cap flat in the refrigerator at -10℃ for 1-2 hours and use immediately.

2. Remove the refrigerator cap and wipe off the moisture.

3 Put on the hat and hold it for about 10 to 15 minutes. (Actual usage may vary)

Note: When putting it in the refrigerator, please put it in an airtight bag to avoid odor.

Heat therapy:

1. Sort at room temperature, lay the cap flat, use a clean plate and place in the microwave.

2. Heat the microwave (off) and place the cap for 10 seconds. If you need more heat, increase the microwave temperature for 5 seconds.

3. Put the hat on and keep it in place for about 10 to 15 minutes.
